The Theory of Constraints (TOC) was developed by Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt. TOC represents a revolutionary approach to the management of flow–of materials, information, money and anything that concerns the sustainable development of an organization. Dr. Goldratt presented the various aspects of TOC in a series of essays and business novels, starting with his international bestseller ‘The Goal’ in 1982. TOC is a paradigm shift in management thinking and economics. This shift requires a powerful set of Thinking Processes that Dr. Goldratt first unveiled in 1994 in his book ‘It’s Not Luck’.
The multitude of applications of Goldratt’s Thinking Processes, from marketing and sales to merger and acquisitions, have been the focus of our work at Intelligent Management over the last 30 years.
We have designed a set of new programs to take individuals and organizations through a gradual and easy-to-metabolize path to understand and adopt correctly the Thinking Processes to sustain organizational and personal development.

Why participate in these Thinking Process programs?
We live in an age of complexity. Our reality is dominated by unprecedented interdependencies and interconnections. Change happens fast and uncertainty is prevalent.
Decision-makers and organizations need to be equipped with the right kind of knowledge and understanding of complex phenomena, rather than relying on linear solutions that are no longer effective. They must have a way to overcome obsolete mental models and embed continuous innovation in their operations.
The Thinking Processes from the Theory of Constraints are designed to teach people how to think differently and leverage complexity to gain greater flexibility, resilience and sustainability in a win-win way.
They help us to embrace the exponential thinking that is coherent with a reality of networks and interconnection.

Aim of the Thinking Process programs
“You are not thinking, you are just being logical.” Neils Bohr
The aim of these programs is to familiarize participants with the Thinking Processes from the Theory of Constraints, as shared, practiced and developed internationally by the Intelligent Management team since their inception in 1994.
In current management literature, the Thinking processes are labeled as “logical”. Indeed, the Thinking Processes support an effective, rational approach to analyze cause-and-effect relationships. However, their most important feature is how they enable us to harness the power of emotions to provide a clearer picture of what we experience as our current reality and build a realistic path to overcome what is limiting us so we can create a more desirable future reality.
