Creating Breakthrough Solutions: Part 1 (4-Day Programme)
Our ability to create successful solutions, strategies and projects depends on how much we allow our limiting beliefs to influence us. We can train ourselves to systematically challenge our limiting beliefs. In this way we broaden our understanding of reality and, consequently, increase our ability to identify the actions we can take to change our current reality in the direction we want. Moreover, we can recognize negative implications of our plans and address them before they jeopardize our endeavours. This programme introduces tested tools to systematically challenge our limiting beliefs and build actionable and robust solutions.
Who it’s for:
Entrepreneurs
Managers
Decision makers
What it offers:
How to use what you know to analyze a problem that is keeping you stuck, using systems thinking.
How to systematically surface the limiting beliefs that keep you stuck so you can challenge and invalidate them.
How to transform limiting beliefs into the way ahead for a new solution.
How to trim negative reservations about your solution before they trip you up
What you will take away:
A fresh and broader perspective and precisely verbalized solution for a current problem.
Thinking Process tools you can use to resolve future conflicts and create the basis for new, systemically robust solutions.
Methodology
Participants in this workshop will learn to use two of the powerful Thinking Process Tools from the Theory of Constraints known as the Conflict Cloud and Negative Branch Reservation. These tools are an integral part of the Decalogue methodology for management that has been used successfully with a wide range of organizations in Europe and the USA over the last 15 years, from nursing homes to multinationals. Intelligent Management is the owner of the intellectual property connected with the Decalogue.
