September is here and it’s time to move forward with the insight and understanding gained from months of upheaval. For many, this period has been devastating, for others it has opened up new opportunities.
When the virus erupted back in March, we at Intelligent Management, like so many other businesses, were hit hard as most of our projects ground to a halt almost overnight. However, continuous innovation and finding breakthrough solutions is an intrinsic part of our methodology and it is what we transfer to clients. With a great deal of resolve, focus, structured effort and mutual support, we and our clients have come through these months not just as survivors but with new relationships and prospects that are even brighter than before. A key part of this growth has been thanks to the Thinking Processes from the Theory of Constraints that we have come to master over the years and that our clients learn to use, always with results that are solid and often surprising and inspiring, even to us after so many years. A constraint may seem like a negative thing but in fact it is what we leverage to create a breakthrough.
As Rocky would say,
“It’s not about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward.”
Boxers train for that, not just physically but mentally. Businesses also need the right mindset and Thinking Processes and a systemic method to keep moving forward and growing in a sustainable way.
As always, over these months since COVID-19 spread, we have continued to share our insights and systemic method through our blog posts, several webinars and white papers. If you are subscribed to our blog, you can download our white paper ‘Out of the Crisis – A New Kind of Science for Management’ from our Resource Library.
You can find our webinar ‘Achieving Breakthrough Results in Complex Times’ here.
And for Italians, Domenico and Giovanni are interviewed about improving performance here.
Below for ease of reference are the links to our posts since February. Whatever your sector, there will be something for you that can be of help in these turbulent times.
We will be back with more, pushing the envelope as always on how organizations can learn to think and behave to express their full potential. We hope you will join us on this journey because we are all needed to take business to the next level where everyone can win.
